I founded InnerGlow Acupuncture & Wellness to bring together the science of psychology, the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the art of holistic beauty—creating a space where emotional healing and whole-body radiance are treated as one.
With nearly 30 years of experience as a school and clinical psychologist, and 14 years as a licensed acupuncturist trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I offer an integrative, mind-body approach that supports both emotional wellbeing and physical vitality. My work is rooted in the belief that the body holds our stories, that the skin reflects our inner landscape, and that true healing begins when we care for both.
Whether you’re navigating stress, hormonal shifts, skin concerns, or emotional depletion, I’m here to support you with personalized, compassionate care. My treatments combine the wisdom of the East with the insights of psychology to address the visible and the unseen—helping you reconnect with your own natural glow.
I hold a Doctorate in Psychology and am dually licensed as both a School and Clinical Psychologist. I later pursued formal training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and earned my Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, deepening my ability to treat the mind, body, and spirit as an interconnected whole.
While my practice specializes in holistic beauty and emotional wellness, I also treat a wide range of conditions—including chronic pain, musculoskeletal issues, and stress-related tension—using acupuncture, electroacupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
